Got to do some tilling/brushhogging last night, and boy is this a nice machine!...I struggled between the E and the M for the money, and I am glad I went with an M...lots more bells and whistles, and MUCH beefier frame, 3PT setup, etc.

I have a new 5045E mfwd. 20 hours on it. I was driving back from a brushhogging job , it was about 90 degrees outside. About a half a mile from the jobsite, in C3 at 2500 rpms, the rpm's start falling off to about 1500 over a period of about 30 seconds. Hand or foot throttle does no good to...

After installing my Imatch hitch, I hooked up my 6ft KK tiller. I didn't notice at the time, but after working the 3 point up and down a few times the inner shield came out of the outter...then when I went to lower the tiller..crunch. Now I have about 2 inches of damaged shield on both sides...

I saw these at Orshelens the other day and was wondering if anyone else has tried them. After selling my cab tractor and then getting on an open station, I forgot how loud a diesel can be after a couple of hours.

I posted my 5225 cab/air on tractorhouse.com back in Oct of 2008 when the car business,(my biz), starting tanking....a few responses, no big deal.....Monday of this week ,some guy from north Tx calls me up to see if I still had it.....well, I said "yep", ...he asked a few questions about it...

This is the first time I have had this available to me close enough to drive my tractor to. I used to fill up, then add a bottle of PowerService.....Do I need to add any PS with the red farm diesel?

Got this off the net. It's a 4x5 sheet of 3M camo skin. Very easy to work with. I was not too excited about the only 2 colors available in the 500EFI.

Just got one of these. Well....its waiting to be delivered to me. Anyone else got a Ranger 500? I did alot of research, and for the $, suspension, power, top end, ...I thought this was the one for me. I dig the full underbody armor, beer holder,bed size, and the EFI........can't wait to take it...

This was an easy "best investment" in an implement. I was using a subsoiler, and disc set to turn my garden over. I picked up a King Kutter II 6ft tiller and WOW! this thing will pulverise anything in it's way!! I am "diggin" it!

Maybe this is normal...maybe not. I have an 06' 5225 cab/air 5 cyl. On a cold start, be it 20 degrees or 60 degrees, at first crank, it starts at once, sputtering, and smoking for about 5 seconds...then cleans out and purrs like a kitten. My other 3 cyl 5203 NEVER smoked or sputtered on startup...
