I just bough a old Massey-Harris disc. I thought it needed bearings as all 4 groups of discs are pretty loose in their journals, but after doing a bit of research, I'm learning that they may not use bearings. I read that as long as you keep it well greased, you're good to go. They are well lubed...

Any reason my 2006 L2800 3ph would not go all the way up? it only lifts the mower deck about 3 inches off the ground. I adjusted the top link & now it moves to within a couple inches of the top. I read here that it's best to leave a little play at the top of the travel. But I can't figure out...
