I work for a Kubota dealership in the North East, and part of my job is finding out how customers like their equipment. We are always striving to do the best we can for our customers; I am interested in Kubota owner's opinions about their Kubota equipment and buying experiences outside of our area:

Why did you choose a Kubota over other brands?
How did you choose a dealership to buy your Kubota, and what did you purchase (and for what task)?
Do you buy parts/attachments and have your equipment serviced by the dealership? If not, why not?
Do you think there is something that could have been done by the dealership to make your buying experience better?
Are you happy with your purchase? If not, why not?

I welcome your comments, thank you to any one who responds! :)

I ask this as a kubota loyalty customer I have owned a B26, and currently own a BX 2230 , L45 and really want a new RTV X 1100 c. But the new design problems have me worried this wheel issue with the front and rear wheels is a problem. We need some answer to this and not just thats how it was engineered that's crap you guys know it and so do the rest of us.

If this is there final answer on this problem people are going to run from this new RTV X there should not be any slop in the front or rear all this is going to do is accelerate wear and have a high operating cost.
This is not like kubota quality products that many of us have come to know.

I am asking you guys Kubota to get to the bottom of this and a fix. I can tell you now this is starting to show up all over the web and will not take long before it goes viral. This will hurt the sales of these new model machines if there is not a fix soon. Many like myself are waiting to buy and we'll not spend hard earn money on something with this type of problem. This is not what we have all come to expect of kubota and is a let down from the old model.

We'll in closing I say let's find a fix and thanks for listening. Waiting and wanting to buy but it's up to you.

Dear Sir: the OP works for a Kubota Dealership and not part of the Kubota Corporation that can find a way to engineer and prevent the problems. The OP probably wants to send the info obtained directly to Corporation. But I think he stated that he is aking questions solely for the Dealership that he works for.

I know closest thing I've got to someone listening and I have hopes he will pass this on to corporate office and getting something done.

With all respect to the OP. It is going to have to go much further than just a rep from a single dealership. As seen in previous post, there are people wanting to buy, for they are going on previous history and reputation on older models. These people who are in the market has a choice to buy another machine. BUT, what about the ones who has put their faith in the so called "quality" of Kubota.
They don't have a choice. They are stuck with a **** machine that they are scared to run for reason of further problems that will and can occur. They DON'T have a choice. They have just spent their hard earned money on something that is just going to sit there until they find a fix. This is not just going to fade away. Looks like these people needing these machines are just screwed until something else comes along. These people need help now. And may I add, I read where the official response from Kubota was it was engineered and just to run it. Please don't take us for a fool. And the "warranty" part, just run it. That is BS !!!!
