Kioti NX6010
I have a Kioti NX 6010 with a cab. I'd like to plug an auxiliary heater into the 12v "cigarette lighter" but I need to know what the max wattage device is that I can use. I don't know how to tell by following it to a fuse. Any help appreciated.

Just look at the cabin fuse box. There will be a fuse schedule posted on the cover. My DK45 has a 10 amp power socket in cabin. No wheres near enough power for a heater.

Agreed. That's why diesel and petrol burning space heaters exist for vehicles. You just can't get enough amps to have a meaningful heater at 12V.

Is the tractors heater not working?

I had a 12 V heater in a cab and it required a 30 amp inline fuse wired direct from battery or hot terminal on starter , no lighter socket. The pin on the end of lighter socket plugs gets to hot.
