I have a 2001 bobcat 753 i parked it two days ago in the garage after a snow parked it. i got in it yesterday to get a pallet out of the truck and it will start but will not go forward or backwards. the parking brake hardly ever is used. the parking light is blinking and beeping . it has never done this before. i held in the light botton for the error code it came up 15 - 03. can anyone help me please?????
