Price Check 2004 Kubota L4630

Sooooo, I'm looking at a 2004 Kubota L4630 with 1100 hours on it. The tractor is a GST with factory cab, kubota front end loader, brush hog, finish mower, box blade, and york rake. Everything was purchased new by the person I am looking to buy it from - he is the original owner. Over condition is in great shape but the tractor has lived outside so it's a bit faded. We are currently at $24,000 for everything, it's a bit above my budget but I'm thinking this may be a pretty good deal. OK - looking for your opinions.............go!

I had a L3130 open station HST ,and it was a good tractor;traded up for a cabbed L4240 HSTC (1400 hours now).Looks nice and pre-tier 4 tractors are in short supply.The 853 loader is strong;I wouldn't wait long someone will grab it quick.Price seems fair with all included.

It looks clean. But 14 years old and outside faded paint scares me. Hours seem low for that age. Are those original tires?

Tires are not original, he had turfs on it and changed them for the ag tires a few years back. I am most impressed by the service records (no major repairs) and condition of the implements. I do agree the outside environment scares me a bit but the reality is it will continue to live outside with me.
