Better than excellent condition. It's almost "like new," as much as a piece of equipment can be with 520 hours on it. Always garaged and well maintained. Cosmetically 99% (very minor paint wear and scratches). Has DL120 loader, rear work lights and loaded tires (non-corrosive). No DPF, no regens, no DEF.

Trailer hitch not included (homemade to meet my own needs). Getting a larger tractor, making this one expendable. Asking $23,000.

there are a few similar machines on Tractorhouse for sale at prices $4-5 K less. One has a cab and similar hours..... $17,500

Not saying you couldn't get your price, but it might take a while to find that right buyer....

Yes, I realize it might be a little high, but I figure it's easier to go down on price than go up, hence the "asking" $23,000.

Also, I just went to Tractorhouse and looked at the cab 1643 there. It has 300 more hours on it, the tires are worn almost completely down, it looks fairly well used, and it doesn't have a loader.

The better comps are probably the multiple 1540s that are for sale on that site (I bought a new one in '07 and had to sell it in '09 due to the economy). They are all 5-7 years older, look much more "used," have more hours on them, and are within a few thousand of my asking price. In one case, they are asking the same price. My tractor could literally be confused for being "brand new," something none of those tractors can come close to claiming.
