you might want to clean or change the screen filter on the suction side in the lift box. Sometimes they plug up with small pieces of junk and cold slow things down, worth a check.
The priority valve is on the right side of the tractor next to the steering box, and will have several hydraulic hoses on it. you would have to take it apart to see if it has debris in it.
