I've seen these before somewhere and wondering if anybody has made their own??? I just can't get it to cut evenly both front and back /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Believe me I've tried everything, but maybe not?
Not sure I understood what you are frustrated with, but if I do, then I'd suggest removing the top link and replacing it with a chain. Then the disc will set level with the ground always when lowered. Additional weight fore and aft can help get it to cut more.
The chain will allow the disc to be raised but won't impair the engagement when the 3pt is lowered.
Do you mean remove the top link from where it hooks to the disc or removing the entire thing? I did try a piece of chain (short piece) from the disc to the end of the top link with some results, but maybe I'll remove it all together "ONCE IT STOPS RAINING AROUND HERE!!!!!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
