4010 Deere steering motor was changed and now no rear lift arms

I had a guy replace the steering motor, the one the steering wheel hooks to and now I have good steering but the brakes are very hard and the lift arms will not work... Any way he hooked up some hoses or lines up backwards?

I think I would check to see if pressure control valve is blocking hyd oil to 3 pt. Have you checked stand-by pressure which should be 2250 psi? Pressure control valve is designed to block oil to 3 pt at 1750 psi.
