I was wondering has anyone added double tires for more traction? How do you do it?

You won't get more traction, but you will get better floatation...as was mentioned.

Years back during winter, we used to remove one of the rear dual truck wheels on each side to get more traction. That was with sand in the box for weight.

The duals look cool, but if it is for winter ice and snow you will be disappointed.

Check your owners manual. Mine says - NO - to duals.

My question is what do you have now and what do you need the traction for? The Case in the photo posted has Ag tires - not going to get much more aggressive tread than that but as many have said you will get more flotation but not traction.
if you have turf tires then the questions is where do you want more traction. I use AT101s on my mowers as the turfs spin constantly on my hill on fresh cut grass.

In other threads, the OP has been researching tractors and garden tractors. Not sure he has any.
