It could be parts from a old disk like tractortech said but usually old disk or old equipment's for that matter has the had lever and not the rotary adjustment my guess would be a bottom plow since they do have the rotary adjustment not sure which other equipment had the rotary adjustment but that's what you would need to look for ... but it could be something else there is too little left to tell.
