another tool with lifetime warranty

Rigid has modified their warrenty over the years. The Rigid pipe wrenches I used to buy had an Unconditional Lifetime Warrenty and it was printed right on the tool. They have since replaced it with a Conditional Lifetime Warrenty. There were several times over the years where I watched someone throw out a Rigid pipe wrench because they broke the handle. I used to go get it from the trash and take it in for a free replacement. The last time I did this, my supplier informed me that Rigid had changed their warrenty and that the replacement would not have the Unconditional Guarantee. Works for me. They still have a great product.:thumbsup:

Other brands which have great tools, but have backed down their warrenty over the years are Channel-lock and Kline.
