I have a B3030, which is the deluxe equivalent to your 7800. I installed a Woods BH80X on my tractor myself. You will want to be mechanically inclined, have the proper tools (including torque wrench), and understand how your tractor's hydraulic system works. The subframe kit was about $1000, and the hydraulic hoses were another couple hundred, plus (obviously) the cost of the backhoe. I installed the subframe in an afternoon...... my biggest problem was waiting till Monday to find a shop open to make my hydraulic lines. Buy the hose kit with your backhoe if possible. I recommend the BH75X for your 7800...... the 80 will fit, but i can tell you its borderline too big. My front end gets awfully light going uphill with the hoe on!
