I bought a Karcher K2401 sprayer two years ago. I have never been impressed with the detergents and other chemicals you buy from them. The degreaser to me did nothing and tonight I bought a bunch of deck cleaner that was a major waste of my time. I used it full strength and had the deck foamed all over and it didn't touch it even after I took a brush and worked it in.

But my biggest complaint is my pump seem to quit pumping. Every time I would let go of the trigger the only way I could get it to pump again was to slow the motor down and then it would grab and start spraying again. So I would just hold the trigger as long as I could. Does this mean my pump has gone bad?? Any ideas out there.

I did check the screen and it looks clean. I did find my paper work and found that it has a two year warranty. My warranty is up on June 17th. So I am going to take it to the repair place and get it fixed I hope free.
