I don't think you are going to find a frost plug heater for your Sc2400. I am pretty sure there is not enough room between the block and cylinder to install a frost plug heater.

I'm still trying to research this but I'm pretty sure JD sells one for the 2305/2330 which is basically the same tractor. Same Yanmar 3tnv72 engine?
At this point I would prefer this to an inline hose heater.

Good info msb. Searching through my info it looks like Yanmar only lists their "Radiator Heater Kit" for the Sc series. Probably why they installed the Kubota heater on your tractor, which in my opinion is a much better option than the in line hose heater.

It is a 400 watts and 25 millimeter freeze plug.

I will look into this a bit further.

Guess where I just placed an order last week for the Ford?:rolleyes:
