Bobcat 331 - Blown Fuses Until No More Starting

Someone was using my 2007 331G at my remote cabin and was replacing fuses until it stopped working. I thought he said the red one but most likely the ignition fuse because he decided to switch out the ignition. Spent the winter in the rain. Now I’m trying to start it back up.

What are the red fuses for?

Replaced the ignition with aftermarket ignition. There is a red/white/green wires which I’m not sure how are supposed to be wired to. This is all that happens with the control panel now.

I guess this means the control panel isn’t dead. 2001 Bobcat 331 dead control panel Is it the ignition or starter that is the problem? Apparently the boom wasn’t working.

Is the Service Repair Manual different that the manual that is supplied during the sale?

I actually think it was actually the ignition fuse would burn out after a couple hours of using the boom, trying to dig himself out. Is the starter getting any juice?
