I have a year 2000 model Bobcat 863 and some how, water is getting into the hydraulic system, which contaminates all of the hydraulic fluid.
The first time it happened, I found a bad seal on my Backhoe attachment and replaced it. I thought that the water could have gotten into the system through the bad seal since the seal that was bad was facing strait upward.
But after I replaced the seal and drained and flushed the entire system, it was fine until the next big rain. It happened again and I can't understand where the water could be coming in at. Can anyone tell me what to look for?
Thank you,
Carl
