You can reuse the screws if you can't get new, just put a dab of low torque thread sealant on them and let partially dry before use. I think the allen head is 3/16" not positive. Reason for the Loctite sis too keep from vibrating loose, only want to torque screws to about 90 in/lb.

Ok will do. Man I love the equipment but **** my dealer is getting pretty ******.

Got it changed out went easy used 3/8 drive ratchet with 3/16 Allen. Version on actuator was v63.0 and bobcat showed 80.8, fired right up and didn't seem to have any problems or codes.

you're welcome. Actuator still needs to be calibrated for maximum life out of it. The calibration process allows the controller to identify when the valve spool is at end of its stroke so the controller can stop the voltage to the actuator at that position to prevent loading the actuator motor in a stalled position.
