I have a Boomer 3040 that runs flawless until I bush hog roadways on property. After 30 minutes of back and forth operation (lots of forward and reverse in short bursts), the tractor begins to bog down when I press the cvt pedal. I noticed today that the respond switch on the pod was getting extremely warm ( could be due to hot day). I mess with all the switches, toggle them to different settings, stomp the cvt pedal, raise low cutter and cycle pto..... Then it clears for awhile. Not sure yet what clears the issue. After I was done, drove to shop with cutter off. Everything was fine. Seems it me like something, maybe a pump, gets stuck in hydro system. But I'm just guessing as I know nothing about internal workings

Has anyone experienced similar symptoms. 42 hrs on meter
