I guess I'm in the minority here, I think Kubota's offer to provide parts at a reduced cost was actually pretty generous. I expect that's the cost price of the boom, or whatever piece they offered.
Remember, out of warranty is just that, OUT of warranty.
From a dealer's perspective, there ARE some customers you're simply better off not having. I'm not a dealer, but I am an adult.
