Hello all. I'm shopping around for a new BX2380 and have received (2) quotes from competing dealers. One quote lists the base machine as a "BX2380V" and the other lists it as a "BX2380RV". I've searched this site and Google and can't find any information explaining the difference, if any, between an RV and V machines. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks
Ryan

I would guess it depends on what options it has changes the letters . The kubota web site shows 9 different packages ....:2cents:

Looks like 2380V is with loader valve and turf type tires.
2380RV is with loader valve and R4 industrial tires.

Ok. Both quotes indicate R-4s, so the dealer offering the V model must be swapping tires or something. Thanks for the info!

Sounds like it. My tractor is listed in the dealer paperwork at a BX2380RV60. The description column shows it as 4WD tractor w/R4 tires and loader valve. Not shown in the description but it also has a 60 inch mower deck.
Mine was a 28 hour used unit. But I requested turf tires and had the dealer install the loader before they delivered it to me from a few states away. So it looks like originally was an R4 equipped tractor.
