G8100A Wheel Weight Kit. Kit is for the current 23S, but wheels are the same. Coleman shows them. $29.xx. You supply the sand or fluid.

I had a set of rear weights on my BX-23 (2006 model). They came from the dealer. I believe they were approx 75 lbs each (all steel). They were mounted by two threaded rods (like all-thread) to the wheel.
