I’m going with New Idea. May have been one of the ones they made for Ford early on.

Definitely built by New Idea. Could have been badged as that or Ford. I’m thinking it could have been sold under another brand but which has escaped me.

If that is the original paint is it definitely a ford branded unit. I had the 3pt version. Ropes hay bad. Some parts (bearings and tines) are available, otherwise good luck on parts.

That’s hardly original paint. The color is wrong to be Ford and the left tire shows paint running down the sidewall.
These rakes run slower than a NH rollabar and work as well or better IMHO.

Except for the belt drive and the paint it looks identical to my IH 16. I wonder if during that time frame if a lot of parts were interchangeable.
