My YM240 (24 hp, 2wd) came with a Leinbach disc that is nearly 6'. (I measure it at 5"10"). The seller told me this tractor has pulled this disc for 20-some years. I haven't tried it yet myself.
Both are shown in my sig photos.
He had 300 lbs ballast on the disc in addition to its native 685 lbs. It must have penetrated several inches - it came with a volleyball-sized dirt clod wedged in it when I brought it home.
I don't think you will have any problem at the depth you described.
