A friend has a pair of Case LB334R large square balers that are a little over a year old and they are having some major knot tying issues.
Apparently, every 50 bales (or thereabouts) they have to stop and blow out the chaff or it starts interfering with the knotter and then it stops tying.
As you might imagine, they are quite frustrated with it (especially since the reason for the new baler was to avoid breakdowns with the old (very reliable one).
The dealer techs have said that they heard this is a known issue, but have no fix (other than billing a bunch of time for looking at it).
Anyone else run into this (and hopefully find a solution)?
Thanks
