One additional note to the chain holder; where I mounted mine, the bottom of the chain holder is sitting on a 1/4" lip of the loader frame crossmember. This keeps the holder from slipping down, with 40+ lbs. of chain weight. You may or may not need to support the bottom, adjust as needed.

Here is another practical use I have for 4in PVC conduit coupling. Have this one on my tractor, and one in all the vehicles. ALL the cups from just about anyplace fit, and it has very little tipping, or spillage problems.
2 best things! It works great! And its CHEAP! :D Dosen't get any better than that.

I love this site! Great ideas guys!
I have been trying to figure out how to put something on my tractor to hold a water bottle for months. As soon as I can get to Lowes for a cap and some PVC cement, my three cans dried up, I'll be putting your ideas to work.
