Oil & Fuel Chevron Delo 400 LE oil

   / Chevron Delo 400 LE oil #11
I have useed Delo 400 in our '82 Ford 4610 for 13 years and our 2007 NH TD95D. I also use it in our '99 F350 Powerstroke. No problems.
As long as it meets or exceeds the API classification and meets the OEM SAE Grade spec, I would not hesititae to use DelVac , Rotella, etc, I generally shop price on lube oils.

I have used RPM Delo 400 for 50 years in everything I have owned, used, or maintained from cars/pickups, big trucks, diesel engines of all kinds, gas engines of all kinds and everyting else using lube oil of that weight. Never had a problem, engines stay cleaner inside also. I buy at NAPA and for my military discount get their fleet discount which beats COSTCO's price. My NAPA dealer also gives farmers their fleet discount.

Got delo 400 15-40 in the 790 right now.

I Have used delo 400 oil for 26 years in all 4 stroke engines I own. On occasion I used different brands other than delo, but for the bulk price '5 gal refill minimum' I get for from my supplier its rare I use anything different or have anything different on hand.

The ol' man has used nothing but delo in forty years of farming and logging. A 6600 ford is in the 12 thousand hour range original engine has been fed nothing but delo its entire life. Runs very good, still gets used for baling and other chores.

An older model 350 chevy engine that hit the hundred thousand mile mark I seen tore down ran nothing but delo in it and changed every 3k. Pistons had vary little wear, zero build-up of varnish or anything.... The engine looked like it had been steam cleaned internally. Something I cannot say about other brands even with regular oil change intervals. Engine ran fine, being bored we added just a little bigger cam and some other goodies:D
