Tiller Cost of a Befco tiller

Does anyone know what a new 42" Befco rotary tiller costs? I have a lead a used one in good shape and was wondering what they're worth new.

I got a price from a local dealer here in Wisconsin recently for $1,550.00 +Sales Tax

We just bought a Rotomec 42" which is their economy model for 1200. They priced the Befco about 300 more. We've not used the Rotomec yet but it looks very high quality. Looks as good as my 660 John Deere. Tucky

The side shift befco tiller I have was around 2500 more than 10 years ago. I would think it would still bring 1200

I just bought this one a week ago. $500 delivered. Its the offset type, 4 ft.
Chain drive, not used much, sat around alot. Still works fine.

Slacker i think you got a great deal, even a steal. I've been searching and can't find a tiller like that anywhere near that price.
