IMG_20190512_123241516.jpgSo.....I decided to make a hood guard for my L3200 since, on several occasions, I've had a few loads roll back and rocks hit and dented my hood. I got a little carried away and made this custom guard that can fold away to open the hood and has a custom paint job to boot! It should provide protection from any more dents, but I thought it came out pretty dang sharp. What are your thoughts? IMG_20190512_124600223.jpgIMG_20190512_124607022.jpgIMG_20190512_123259080.jpg

It turn out really nice and from the looks of it, you can still pop the hood without removing like normal and it won’t be in the way.

That looks great and I know you will be glad it is there in the future. I know mine saved my hood from significant damage when a full bundle of shingles landed on it from about eight feet up (do not ask why ). Also from other smaller things over the years.

Mine pops off quick as it is held on in the back by switchable magnets, and pins in the front. I like your tilting one better.

I give me a B- and you an A+
