Here's a really inexpensive solution.
My brother had problems with deer in his garden and started peeing on all 4 corners. Took care of the problem. Just don't let the neighbors see ya.

First I had me dear wife hold the dear deer down.. and the rest was quite easy... LOL

OK.. for clarification.. I meant 'Liquid Fence'... BUT if someone can figure out how to get that collar on the deer id invest in the invisible fence

My take is that liquid fence works. ie drink a lot of beer and mark your territory just like the dogs do.
Less costly than SKEET that is wolf urine based but then whenever it rains you need to make the rounds again. Good excuse to enjoy your favorite suds.

We found that our deer love hostas for desert, at least the nibble every night 'til none are left.
