So you only use a treatment and no blending? The contractors around here will blend at 70/30 or 60/40 unless it REALLY gets cold, then it is 50/50.
Yes,no blending.
Only tractor use in the winter is snow removal.
Quite rare to have much snow at arctic temps.
Have access to semi-heated building when super cold.

If I had to park outside and/or operate at those temps, you can bet your sweet-bippy I'd be blending!

When I lived in cold weather -35 degrees I only used the
power service white bottle and it don't get that cold in
west Texas I still use the P.S. white bottle year round
I never have had any diesel problems so far

$3 per gallon is a good price for sure. Now I ordered for 3.20. It's a shame, of course, but there's nothing to be done. Delivery by Timesavingmachine was fast and straight to my home tho. Although I heard from friends that there have been problems with delivery recently.

I paid $3.20 a few months ago. If the price drops I may get some more...

Offroad today - $3.30, diesel fully taxed at the pump - $3.99.

Our road tax is about $1 a gallon. Big savings on red.

That’s right. You have to treat diesel or you’re taking big chances.
I use biocides and winter treatments.
If I get any rough running, I’ll add a lubricity additive in the warmer months or ATF for older tractor.

For only $20 bucks for a filter or a pint of additive, its peace of mind because the US diesel fuel supply is not very clean.
