Hello.
I purchased a DK45 with loader.
with the loader attached and releasing the clutch it is jerking forward. With the loader removed it is smooth. And ideas ?

Hello again. This only happens when my loader is attached. With loader removed it is smooth.

My guess is, it isn't the loader causing it, it's the extra weight of the loader. What about when you try to pull a heavy trailer or some other heavy object?

This all assuming the clutch pedal is smooth in operation.

It sounds like that tractor has had the clutch slipped a lot in it's life and will need replaced.

It has 450 hours on it.
I will remove the loader and pull my car trailer loaded. And report back

Also, check if all the bolts on the bell housing and loader mounts are tight. I wonder if the bell housing bolts are loose and the extra weight of the loader moves things around and makes the clutch act weird.

The centre of gravity changes With the loader attached. If you’re driving fast the tractor becomes bouncy, even worse with a loaded bucket. Are you driving in high gear high rpms when this happens? Oh…and is it gear or HST?
