OK So I am not bailing on you all. They are missing one bracket and need to install it at dealer. 3 weeks ago today I signed the paperwork and still no tractor. So Sad :(

Now I am traveling the next 12 days so it looks like it could be 5 weeks from time of buying to delivery. SO SAD :(

Are you sure you still want this tractor? Man if it takes you 5 weeks to get one what happens when it is broken. You have to be thinking along these lines.

YES - Love it. Was delivered yesterday at noon and I have killed myself since :) Planted 6 25' Maple trees. The backhoe is great but I think I should have listened to all the intelligent people on this forum and saved the 3K and rented one when needed. Taking of the Backhoe to put on the bager is going to be a pia but I have it and I will make it work hard.

PS They gave me a free Ballast box as an apology for it taking so long to get all the parts.

Is that a typo? Or is that backhoe really only a 3k option? I would've thought at least 5k. I imagine you'll find many projects for that tool.

Congrats on your tractor and greenie. Looks great!

Hi Bundi,

Congrats on your 1026R. I looked at one real close when I was in the market. Sounds like you are off to a good start in gettin' her dirty!

Kudos on getting a nice machine.

I don't think installing and removing the backhoe will take much time once you have done it a few times.

OK I am back again - I figure I will update so if some poor sole reads this thread they get most up to date thoughts :)

OK So I lied - I LOVE THE BACKHOE and it is very simple to take off and put on. I put it on a sheet of plywood when I take it off which allows me to slide it a little bit to help line it up and put it on.

Still getting used to it but man do I love this machine. AMAZED on how much I can do with just the front bucket. Going this weekend up to Sutton MA to meet Chris from Artillian to look at some palet forks Artillian Tractor Attachments He has a really interesting product line and am looking forward to meeting him.

ONE WARNING FOR SCUT BUYERS - They are VERY POWERFUL. Really pay attention to your surroundings. I almost ripped my deck off the house the first week I owned my 1025r.

Not 100% sure what the option is because it is a FILB and was part of the deal. At the time I posted I really didn't think I would get much use from it but I am using it every weekend at either my house or a neighbors. Amazing how many friends I have in the neighborhood now :)
