I doubt that dry gas (mostly methanol) is actually soluble in diesel. It isn't soluble even in gasoline if there is much water present. It'll just grab the water, and water/methanol mix will separate out. Won't freeze, but if that glob of water/methanol hits your fuel pump system no good will come of the result. Likely not too combustible and won't lubricate any fuel system component.
