I had a male foreman talk a female operator into walking this excavator through this mud hole. At one time I had 3-988 CAT loaders trying to pull it out. Broke an 1 1/8-inch wire rope. Ended up having to truck 12" x 12" timber mats in, so a larger excavator could walk out on the mats and dig this one out.

Just plain dumb, both by the guy and the female operator.
