I have been looking in to this today, being a new owner of an ex3200. When I cross referenced the oem part number 198119-48310 (if that is indeed the number for the hst filter) in the wix filter finder, it came up with Wix 51205 for the hst filter. I found one on line for about $25 shipped. The Wix engine oil filter cross references to Wix part numbers 51334 and 51334xp. I don't know hat the difference between the two are, I'm guessing the filter material.
I also have a couple of questions.
What has everyone been finding in the transmission hydraulic oil strainer screen?
and, why did Yanmar make it take 5.4 instead of 5.0 gallons for the capacity? Does it really take 5.4?
