My Kubota L3240 has the exhaust outlet on the left side, discharging almost directly across onto the left wheel area. This may seem to be OK to some, however when I am working in soft dirt, the left wheel does pick up enough dirt such that the exhaust causes the dirt to be sprayed upward and the dirt cloud comes back into my face.
It appears to me that if the exhaust is redirected slightly forward, and away from the left wheel vicinity, that this issue might be resolved. Is this something that others may have already devised a solution too? I am sure that I can get a machine shop or a company that specializes in exhaust systems to fabricate a piece for me, but has anyone found a simple, cheaper solution to redirect the exhaust flow?
