Farm Pro 2420 Questions

My son just received a Farm Pro 2420 tractor. We were told it was a 2006 2425. I have searched the web for info on this tractor and can find nothing. You see the hood says its a Farm Pro 2420 4WD. Its printed on the hood. But I cannot find any 2420 4WD units. Also this unit appears to have a 3 cylinder engine and all 2420 units seem to have 2 cylinders. It is 4WD. Also the dash on my sons unit doesn't match the 2425 units I have seen either. Very puzzling. Anyone know which unit I have and how would I verify?

Look for a data tag on the tractor somewhere. Perhaps the inside of a fender or on the frame.
It sure sounds like a Jinma 200 series. 2006 4WD with a Y85 series engine would make it probably a Jinma 284. Hood and instrument clusters are probably different, perhaps different fenders too, but basically the same machine. Jinma made changes in the middle of production runs so you might have different hydraulics, brakes or other controls depending on exactly when it was made.
Post some pictures so we can see what you have.
