Farm Pro Diesel Tractor will not start

My Farm Pro diesel tractor started first time after winter and ran for 5 minutes. It will not start again. It turns over but seems like it is not getting fuel. I replaced the fuel filter, air filter, and put fresh diesel in with no luck.

Check the tank outlet strainer and the inlet line to the filter and the filter connection for restriction. Make sure the fuel solenoid valve, if you have one, is opening when key is on

Like he said, mine disintegrated mid way thru the winter while I was plowing, started off as a slight miss and after 10 minutes started getting worse till it finally stalled. It would start right up but not keep running, the strainer in the tank was covered in what looked like plastic sludge, the strainer had melted and plugged off the fuel line.....Mike
