Due to OSHA reg's and shipping of volitale items (paint), the Federal Government requires those warnings to be put in the box.
Enco ships fast, don't they? They are my number one supplier for my machine shop as far a standard items are concerned. Speciality tooling and cutters are usually ordered from Production Tool and Supply but as you don't have a machine shop, you don't need that website, at least not yet.
I little note on applying the markings to the filters, if you make a mistake, wipe it off right away and redo it. Otherwise you won't be able to remove it except with sandpaper.
