Picked up filters for the 50 hour service yesterday.

Dealer gave me 2 filters (T4620-38032) that are supposed to be 1 each for hyd and hst.

When I got home and looked online, I find that they list the HST filter number as T4125-38021 and it costs a LOT more than the hyd filter that I got.

Did they give me the wrong filter for HST or does HST and hyd use the same filter?

Doh! The HST filter is not the same as the Hyd. filter. It sees far greater pressure and is built for it, so that's why its alot more expensive. I guess you should bring in the part # for them to look up... Also the HST filter is made in Japan, so that may help you not walk out with the wrong filter again.

You need one of each part number you posted as I think you found out. The parts guy made a mistake.
The first number you posted for the hydraulics, OEM Parts
and the second number you posted just for the hst. OEM Parts

Thanx for the confirmation.

I'll head back and trade one of the hyd filters in next week.

Also, big thanx for the links:thumbsup:
