Well, its time to do the maintinance stuff on my CC 7272 again. I did the cross reference dance on the Wix site and called around and came up with some interesting results.

......................CC Part#............Wix Cross #.....Napa Gold Cross #

Fuel Filter.....MA-MM404879..........33264...............FIL 3264

Oil Filter.......MA-30A40-00100......51356................FIL 1356

Hyd Filter.....MA-19642509000......57118................FIL 7118

Air Filter......MA-10310511200.......46387................FIL 6387

Now for the prices:

................Cub Dealer..............Napa Gold
Fuel.............13.70.....................8.49

Oil...............20.27.....................7.09

Hyd.............42.21.....................74.79

Air...............87.96.....................32.79

It seems to me the hyd filter at the cub dealer has actually come down in price. Hard to believe it is almost half the cost of the Napa filter! What a switch. The other filters though are a deal at Napa so looks like I will buy Hyd filter at Cub Dealer and the rest at the local Napa store.

As a side note, what hydraulic-transmission fluid are you guys using in these 7000 series cubs now that the warrenties are over? Mine has a loader and a hoe(the hoe I am actually picking up today!!)

I'm just finishing up servicing my 7275 and I used Mystik JT-5 in mine. It was $49 and change for a 5 gal pail at TSC.
I appreciate your post on the cross ref numbers. I got mine from a Cub dealer and felt some pain.$$$
I did find the engine oil filters here cheap enough, but when you factor in freight, it probably kills it.

Liftruck Parts, Forklift Parts, Pallet Jacks, Starters, Alternators, Filters, Helmar Inc.

Only luck I had on either hydraulic filter was here. Not that good either!

Thanks aagain for the info,
