Hi, I just got an Iron & Oak log splitter (it's pretty old) yesterday. It worked like a million bucks all day but I noticed it had a hydraulic fluid leak that i'm gonna fix as soon as possible, I know it's not a good idea to run it low on fluid so I quit until I get it fixed, but when I went outside today and fired her up just to see how it ran and the hydraulics don't work and the wedge won't move. It is about half full on fluid and again I am going to fix it before it see's wood again but is the low fluid why it's not working or do i have deeper problems?
