I had a bad case of seat-base metal fatique/cracking on my 1986 Ford 1310 and did a repair & slight reinforcement using a MIG welding.
It worked out great and looks perfectly OK for a tractor seat base.
Item 50 above (base) alone is not available from NH, instead you would have to buy the whole suspension for $609 + shipping.
