Ford 3600

Is the head on a Ford 3600 with different cast/mold numbers interchangeable? Would a D5NN6090G be replaceable by another similar number?

I don't think the 3 cylinder engines are too picky other than being gas or diesel, not sure if all of the displacement options had the same size valves or not. Likely if you find a 3 cylinder Ford 2000 or 3000 the head will likely work as well
