Hello all. I bought a used Frontier RC2060 cutter for my tractor. It had some rust in the corners, so I disassembled it and repainted it, looks good now. When I had it apart I notice the back left corner was “kicked up” about a half inch. In other words when I set it on the floor it won’t sit flat. The back has a “curve” where the left side is a little higher. I see no evidence in the metal where it looks like it was hit and restrained. From what I can tell the 2 pieces of angle iron that run from front to back aren’t level with each other. The left one rises towards the rear ever so slightly. Also noticed the tail wheel mount plates that are welded to the deck are crooked, the hole to access the blade nuts is centered but the plates are off. Is this normal for this brand? Is this a build quality issue? Other than that, it works fine. It’s just my OCD kicking in. It’s like whoever built it didn’t have a straight edge or a square! Anywho thanks for the help. I’ve attached some pictures.
