It seems the treat your customer the way you would want to be treated concept is out of date. I guess it is a sign of getting older. :(

Maybe the problem is most expect sorry service so they may get frustrated but their expectations are actually being met. :D

We let technology cripple our brains. I was at a parts counter and young employee to me the part was out of stock and to check back in a few days.

A seasoned employee spoke up and told the counter guy were they were located. The guy said the computer said they were out of stock. The other employee stated he did not know what the computer said but he had just picked up what I was wanting when looking for something else.

If I get in the mood (still pissed right now) I will tell you my implement shopping experience of this week. :mad:
