I have a Kubota L4060 HST tractor, and the fuel gage shows full at all times and it doesn't beep when you put fuel in anymore. When you turn the key on, the gage still goes up, then down, then shows full and never drops. Any thoughts ?

Could be the in tank fuel level sending unit. But hard to say with this tractor being one of the newer tier 4 machines and all it's added complications.

My tractor doesn't show any fuel burned for about 1/4 tank - then when at 3/4 on the gauge, it is about 1/2 full. I learned from flying aircraft - just stick the tank, don't depend on the gauge.

Generally any gauge (fuel) that reads full all the time is caused by open circuit between gauge and sender. or bad sender.......
