i remember looking at our bucket truck and seeing axle and gvwr, but not gcvwr, then again i wasn't looking for it so... it's probably on there

My Med duty international 4700 does not have a GCWR from international. I had to get a certified mechanic to sign off what it was capable of being rated for IIRC. (this is all in pa). Then take that to the notary and they submitted it to the state who then issued my new vehicle registration and higher bill for that registration.

also, you can't add 20% tongue weight to the GCVWR. That's included already because the truck is part of the combination. It sounds like your going to need a bigger truck?

The tow rating was 23 300 with a light trailer and no extra weight everything will be good

Why is the tow rating for a 5th-wheel trailer so much lower than a gooseneck?

Not sure where you see that, though I see a couple places that seem to show 100# more for fifth wheel... maybe I am reading it wrong.
